Cancellation Policy

1. Service Areas We currently serve residential properties within East Bakersfield. Additional mileage fees may apply outside this area. 2. Scheduling Clients may schedule services through our website. You may choose one-time cleanups or a recurring service plan. We ask that your gates be unlocked and pets be secured during the scheduled visit. 3. Access & Safety • Please ensure clear, safe access to your yard on service day. • We will not enter yards with aggressive or unsecured dogs. • Locked gates or obstructed access may result in a missed visit. 4. Waste Disposal All waste is bagged and placed in your outdoor trash bin unless otherwise arranged. If trash access is unavailable, we offer removal for an additional fee. 5. Heavy Odor or Long-Term Cleanup If your yard has not been cleaned in several weeks or has heavy odor buildup, an additional fee may apply for initial cleanup or deodorizer spray. 6. Weather Policy We operate in most weather conditions but may reschedule in the event of heavy rain, flooding, or unsafe yard conditions. You will be notified of any delays. 7. Cancellations Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a service fee. 8. Payments Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept credit/debit cards through our website.
